How do I request a return or replacement?

Contact our customer care team with your order number, product details and photos or videos showing the issue. Eligibility depends on Gettmo’s applicable return policy.

What should I do if payment was deducted?

Send us the order number, payment method, transaction ID, payment date, amount and a payment confirmation screenshot.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

How long does a refund take?
